The Business Impact Analysis should be reviewed at least once a year to ensure that there have been no changes which
could lead to a revision in the business continuity obligations of the engagement. It also should be reviewed when:
-
There are changes in the Client’s continuity requirements
-
There is a change in scope and/or nature of services delivered by Capgemini to the Client
-
There is a change in the delivery model (choice of delivery locations, third part providers etc.)
-
There are changes in the key people identified in the business impact analysis for continuity of services
-
There are changes in the political ecosystem
-
There are changes in the environmental ecosystem
Appropriate actions should be planned based on the outcome of the Business Impact Analysis.
